Finding out that I was a medium was a surprise, not only to me but to my family as well. The unknown of it all it was a long road to figure out, and little did we know that gift would also appear in our daughter, just in a different font.
Get to know Kalani!
Hi, My name is Kalani and I’m the daughter of the medium that cusses like a sailor. My canine son Jax and I love to go on long walks when the sun is setting with a iced coffee and pup cup in hand, binge watching our favorite shows, and going on car rides.
How did I know my mom’s gifts were also passed down to me?
Now that I look back at my childhood, I was definitely the “weird” kid that had an imaginary friend to play with and swore that I could see and feel things that other kid didn’t. At first, when mom opened up about her gifts, we discovered that I am without a doubt, an empath with an attitude. Once I discovered that it was a very long and difficult road, I struggled with seeing my empathic abilities as a gift and instead saw them as a hindrance. As I’ve gotten older, my empathic gifts have become one of many that I am learning to navigate in my adult life. But I’ll go more in depth with all that in our podcast ;)
